EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year HR/Recruitment experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Conducts Recruiting and selection activities.
B. Reviews applicant resumes.
C. Conducts telephone pre-screenings.
D. Schedules testing and interviews.
E. Administers language and skill testing.
F. Conducts first Interviews.
G. Conducts reference checks.
H. Conducts inductions for new hires.
I. Coordinate and Participate in external job fairs.
J. Update all required reports.
K. Participate in the pursuit of labor pool opportunities.
L. Perform as public relations agents in the community.
M. Ensures that all measures are taken to comply with Nicaraguan laws.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Advanced Computer Skills and knowledge of MS Office and Windows
· Superior Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
· Must have excellent Interpersonal Skills.
· Must be very multitasking.
· Must have Schedule Flexibility (be available to work on weekends and over time if it’s needed).
· Must be team oriented.
· High level of Professionalism and Ethic.
