Objective of the position
Based on WFP requirements and in the procedures and tools defined by the company, ensure the right processes execution Recruitment and Personnel Selection, Onboarding and Skill Matrix for union and non-union personnel (if applies).
The role takes responsibility for the implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of learning content and PD processes.
Principal activities:
Advise managers in individual (non-transactional) matters based on policies, guidelines and (legal) regulations related to training and recruitment topics.
Ensure compliance with internal work regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and the Nicaragua Labor Law for training and recruitment topics.
Manage and control inactive files according to current policies for training and recruitment topics.
Ensure that the recruitment and selection process is executed based on existing procedures and manuals through the tools and systems (Success Factors and Digital Apps) provided by the company to ensure compliance with the WFP.
Ensure that the onboarding process for new personnel (union and non-union) is completed in a timely manner in order to the employee get all the minimum information and training necessary to perform their new job; this through the assignment of the right and updated Job Description, their initial Training Plan and the corresponding record in the system (Success Factors).
Ensure compliance with the skill matrix procedure in order to unionized personnel have the necessary training and skills to grow in their area or in another position.
Active participation in internal and external recruitment events such as mass recruitments, job fairs, fairs at universities, fairs with government agencies or others, etc.
Develop and maintain updated internal learning controls (Success Factor, KPIs).
Follow up on the implementation of learning items and learning programs either internally (e.g. eLearning Developer) or externally via service provider sourcing (e.g. media agencies)
Ensure employee’s understanding of performance tools regarding evaluation and fulfillment of development needs, based on AC, Employee Performance evaluation, etc.
KPI's monitoring & control.
Requirements:
Professional career: BD Administration, Organizational Development or related.
Relevant experience: 3 years working in the role in the automotive environment. Direct experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Learning or PD role. Experience in leadership programs, training and education.
