Job Mission :

Ensure the proper functioning and performance of electromechanical equipment; implement new techniques and procedures to perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance. Comply with the indicators and tasks assigned for maintenance management.

Job Description:

1. Lead the maintenance execution.

2. Management, monitoring and tracking of staff performance.

3. Control and monitoring of sub-contractors.

4. Manage the electromechanical installation, repair and maintenance service.

5. Diagnose faults, repairs and maintain industrial electrical circuits.

6. Assemble industrial electrical and electromechanical circuits.

7. Organize and manage the workshop for the provision of maintenance and repair services of electrical circuits and industrial electromechanical components.

8. Plan, control and optimize maintenance programs in the areas under your responsibility

9. Develop initiatives to solve technical problems in electrical installations in the industrial field

10. Coordinate work activities in conjunction with the production area in order to achieve efficient maintenance execution and not interfere with the production process.

11. Lead investment projects execution according to approved budget.

12. Prepare and manage Maintenance Department Budget. Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor in Electromechanics, electronics, electrical engineer

2. Bilingual (English - Spanish) a must.

3. Five years of progressive experience of an operational, supervision and strategic nature in the area of maintenance, handling of tools, materials and equipment used in maintenance and repairs in protected environments.

4. Minimum experience of five years in inspection of civil works, buildings, greenhouses, equipment, budgeting and executing complex projects and in sizing and installation of pumping equipment.

5. High level of organization and problem-solving skills.
