Position Purpose:
Coordinate and ensure the efficient administration of the organization’s offices, vehicle fleet, assets, and logistical resources, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and global standards. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and optimal work environment and providing strategic support to national operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of administrative policies and asset control.
• Manage the maintenance of offices and the vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate insurance, inventories, and security systems.
• Support logistics for events and field operations.
• Promote a culture of stewardship and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or logistics roles.
• Knowledge of insurance, customs processes, and continuous improvement.
• Intermediate Excel skills and database management.
• Valid driver’s license (Category 3).
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
