Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Financial Operations Assistant to play a key role in our daily financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across billing, cash management, and payroll. This position is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining robust financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Receivable Support:
Perform monthly billing processes within our automated system, primarily focusing on reviewing system-generated invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or doubts identified in system-generated billing by effectively communicating with the Operations team to ensure accurate invoicing.

Cash & Bank Reconciliation:
Review and meticulously record daily deposits received from the bank into our financial system.
Proactively follow up with relevant teams to address any process breakages or discrepancies in cash application or reconciliation.

Payroll Administration:
Execute the monthly payroll process for a single entity, predominantly utilizing an automated system.
