Recruiting Manager at BairesDev
We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our Recruiting team and participate in various projects consisting of multicultural teams located around the world. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent analytical, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills. What You Will Do:
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the talent acquisition strategy.
- Plan alternative recruitment scenarios based on business needs.
- In collaboration with leaders and managers, design and validate best practices for attracting, sourcing, and selecting professionals for our open positions.
- Provide new ideas and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of selection processes, methods, and technologies.
- Creating metrics and reports.
Here is what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams.
- Recruiting experience.
Desirable:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - IT industry experience.
- Intermediate Portuguese.
