JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Provide excellent customer service
-Support customers via phone
-Achieve and maintain a high level of performance
-Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
-Be able to multi-task, such as cover several tasks during telephone conversations with the client
- Ability to comply with the policies and procedures of the company

REQUIREMENTS:
-Customer services experience is preferred
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
-High School degree required
- University degree preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Positive attitude
-Ability to learn new software quickly
- Oriented to the fulfillment of goals and objectives
-Familiar with Microsoft Office
-Excellent assistance and punctuality
-Ability to work as a team and independently
