Job Description: This position will be responsible for developing and presenting creative, solution-based plans for the customer in regards of space planning, drafting, furniture products, color and materials application, as well as internal graphic and verbal presentations to ensure we are delivering a perfect service.

Skills & Requirements:
? Formal qualifications as Interior Designer or Interior Design Architect.
? Experience in:
o Designing and specifying residential construction finishes.
o Residential furniture design, drafting.
o Residential decorating
? International experience is a plus.
? Fluency in English and Spanish communication and grammar, both written and oral.
? Strong computer skills, including the ability to learn new programs quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD, other architectural programs and Adobe programs.
? Candidate must be willing to live outside Managua.
