What you'll do…
The COS Models Developer/SAS Architect will work with the COS Team within the Strategy and Policy organization to deliver cost of service estimation and cost allocation models, including marginal cost models and embedded cost models and perform analysis to support rate case filings.

What does it take to be a great fit…
Experience in tools like: Excel, VBA, SAS, R, SQL
Modeling concepts: Econometrics, Linear regression models, Time series analysis, Clustering, Decision trees.
Cost Of Service concepts: Marginal cost methods, Embedded cost methods, cost allocation principles for electricity and gas customers.
Financial concepts: Financial modeling, understanding of capex and expense, discounting, capital budgeting, calculation of real economic carrying charge and net present value.
Expertise in mathematics, finance and applied statistics with programming skills to create estimation models and tools.
Utility or regulated industry experience (preferred)
