Operation Manager is to take proactive actions to prevent issues from negatively impacting performance under the Agreement.
• Plans, develops, and implements strategy for operational management and development to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
• Establish a strong client relationship.
• Conducts analysis for maintaining service levels and team performance, volume forecasting, and takes care of staff calculations and costs.
• Understands the factors related to gaps in operational processes and implement improvements and/or action plans as needed
• Conduct employee one on one’s and yearly focal reviews.
• Responsible for the overall development of the team
• Promote positive employee behavior by leading an example.
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience.
• Advanced English
• Must not have incurred any Code Violation from previous company
• Should be knowledgeable of Client Application and MS Office Application.
