Perform of new procedures, according to the needs and action plans of the clients.
Update of compliance and human resources procedures
Perform the quarterly newspaper.
Responsible for the follow-up / activities (meetings, document minutes, photographs, assistance, etc.) of the Health and Safety Committee and Emergency brigades.
Perform self-assessments at Nicaragua plants twice a year.
Coordination /creation and scheduling of evacuations drills
Solution and follow up to the action plans of the clients (UA, Nike, C-TPAT, Government, Better Work).
Perform weekly safety inspection in all production areas.
Request for annual environmental analysis (suspended particles, audiometry, noise, lighting, temperature, VOC)
Support in the customer’s audits process
Logistics and document collection to obtain local certifications / licenses (firefighters, environmental license, PGA).
Perform of accident reports and corrective action plans for each accident
Assistance and direct support to the Director of Social Compliance.
Responsible for the requisition of the EPP, follow-up of complaints, provide permits in heights and hot work, assign badge to personnel.
Responsible for the follow-up / activities of the different social committees
Provide re-inductions (internal policies, anti-corruption procedure, codes of conduct of our clients).
Responsible for compliance KPIs (# complaints, # of hours and trained people, % of metals audit, % industrial safety monthly audits, evacuation drills time).
Elaboration and update of Contingency Plan.
Coordinate and schedule of safety/humanistic trainings required by law and customers.
Verification that all chemicals are acceptable by the RSL and MRSL.
Participate in the development of ergonomic exercises.
Coordination of Risk prevention campaigns and making safety metrics report (safes hours)
Responsible of bulletin boards and signs related to social commitment and internal policies
Responsible to audit potential suppliers and existing suppliers of the company, in safety and environment.
Provide training to company suppliers about anti-corruption procedure.
Perform forms in the safety area (forklifts, work accidents, harness, electric lift, etc.)
Create action plans and follow up the suggestions found in the suggestion boxes every week.
