Responsibilities
• Office Operations and Support Services including reception
• Company facilities (supply inventory, furniture, equipment)
• Coordinating external service providers to deliver towards office needs
• Aligning with internal resources to support their deliver in Nicaragua example IT, procurement, HR
• Coordinate visitors and be main contact for persons planning travel to Nicaragua
• Support country manager activities and ensure all business units are supported to deliver their business activities in Nicaragua
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas
• +10 years of experience, within office management, IT systems, Facility Management or similar role
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience working with international companies
• National of Nicaragua or holder of work permit

• Able to work indepently organized, with ability to prioritize activities and make decisions in complex situations with many parties involved
• High degree of integrity
• Strong collaboration and communication skill both internally and externally
• Structured, systematic, and target driven approach
• Demonstrates a hands on approach and follow-through
• Strong costumer focus and ability to understand customer internally as external needs
• Good written and oral presentation skills in English
