The ideal candidate is a confident and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer with a proven track record in delivering Microsoft courses. Oversees the lesson planning and prepares materials for the classroom, leads lectures, group activities and hands-on demonstrations. The MCT will deliver the correspondent trainings to the Zeus SME’s staff.
• Assess and align technical level of advocates and support staff.
• Provide training of technical knowledge required based on opportunities observed and drivers.
• Strengthening technical fundamental training and developing technical test to measure knowledge based on the needs of the business.
• Pre-certify advocates with the necessary training and knowledge checks on different MS certification, CompTIA or any other certification.
• Communicate with Staff on progress of trainings through end of day reports and for specific projects.
• Take over new projects assigned when required.
• Updating training curricula from a technical standpoint to improve advocate profile.
• Create learning literature.
• Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
• Create teaching materials
• Manage the training calendar to meet business and client needs
• Facilitate and maintain internal and clients reporting cadence for training and quality functions
• Drive and facilitate performance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations to drive ongoing performance improvements
• Support transition and implementation of new projects, as required
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Certified Trainer
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical support for Windows 7-8-10 or Windows 2008 admin server or higher
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computing/Electronic or related
• Advanced English
