Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include managing social networks and job board’s sites to attract potential candidates, organizing an effective employee referral system, monitoring the existing and establishing new partnerships with English language teaching centers, schedule and coordinate visits to shopping centers, towns, universities, radio & television programs to promote vacancies, coordinate advertising activities. Responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs.
To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work closely with the marketing department to manage social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
- Mange job board’s sites to publish vacancies and attract potential candidates
- Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters to identify each position’s requirements
- Send recruiting emails and call to follow up with candidates
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks
- Organize an effective employee referral program
- Monitor the existing and establishing new partnerships with English language teaching centers,
- Develop a network of potential candidates
- Log and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
- Schedule and coordinate visits to shopping centers, towns, universities and radio & television programs to promote vacancies
- Coordinate advertising activities.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
- Familiarity with social networks, job boards' sites and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- University studies in Psychology, business administration or related fields
