Requirements:
University graduate in English Teaching or related field.
2 or 3 years of experience as Trainer Lead/Manager.
1-3 years of experience as a Language Trainer in a Call Center.
Experience in conducting Voice & Accent Training (Neutralization).
Strategist thinking
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to recognize talent and potential.
Results oriented
Proactivity.
Team work
Advanced or English native
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the right candidates are selected according to company’s expectations.
Assess training needs for new and existing employees.
Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
Partner with operations and recruitment regarding employee training needs.
Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods.
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
Track and report training outcomes
Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
