Job Description:

The Business Analyst operates under the general or minimum supervision and performs duties with broad latitude for judgment. The BA main focus will be on the revision and quality assurance of outstanding system enhancements, bugs or related, pertaining to the different platforms. Specific duties of individual assignments vary.

Job Duties:
-Actively partakes in the revision and quality assurance of outstanding system enhancements, bugs or related, pertaining to the different platforms. ? Conducts usability and functional testing and recommends corrective and preventive actions.
-Participates in testing of new system functionality and user acceptance testing.
-Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
-Acts as a liaison between developers and customers (external and internal) in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of system enhancements, projects, system errors to ensure the optimal operational performance of our platforms.
-Defines and documents customer reported errors, customer business functions and processes.
-Researches and prepares statistical reports using data from the company’s systems. Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making.
-Provides technical assistance in training clients.
-Develops procedures to improve efficiency and/or improve internal and external customer service.

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

-5 to 10 years of experience
