Summary
Eximware, Inc. is Connecticut, USA - based commodity trading and risk management software company. We are looking for a highly qualified, dedicated and energetic Sales Associate to help build sales opportunities for the Company’s products globally. This is a great opportunity for someone to directly participate in the growth and expansion of the business. The position is based in Managua, Nicaragua and has room for advancement based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling products or services directly to executives and principles in enterprises both large and small. Experience in commodities, coffee, and/or technology products would be preferable but is not mandatory. Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. This position reports directly to Director of Sales and Marketing based in the US. The local office is in Managua, Nicaragua.

Responsibilities
• Execute direct sales efforts via cold-calling, telesales and direct mail/email campaigns
• Conduct market research on new segments; develop and or purchase qualified prospect leads
• Cold call prospects from marketing lists, open doors and arrange appointments for demonstrations of the Company’s products
• Work within the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to update sales and contact information continuously
• Provide all supporting business administration support in arranging appointments, providing documentation and assisting in developing and closing business
• Participate in marketing campaigns to a target audience

Summary Job Requirements
• Strong initiative, work ethic and desire to succeed; assertive and confident in dealing with prospects and clients
• Experience (3-5 years) in sales and marketing to corporations with the previously mentioned responsibilities
• Must be a team player, eager to learn, and work well in a very dynamic, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
• University degree (or equivalent) required.

• Competitive base salary with significant commission/bonus incentive based on performance and results:
