To locally coordinate, develop and deliver general English, business English from an andragogic perspective for Contact Center Operations and other areas in the organization. The purpose of this role is to demonstrate high standards of English teaching. To establish conditions and develop activities so that employees can improve and practice the language in a meaningful context.
Designs language learning syllabus via alternative methods such as Structural-lexical syllabus, among others
Creates strategic lesson plans / unit plans based on instructional objectives grouped in the 4 skills and multiple intelligence theories
Maps general language principles and guidelines for learners to comprehend what to do to learn a language more effectively
Conduct Needs Analysis for specific language learning needs (based on each line of business)
Devise, writes and produces new materials, including audio and visual resources
Creates methods of monitoring and evaluation for each program to be managed (set learner performance criteria, assessments and program success measurements)
Measures effectiveness of training content and delivery
Conducts quality analysis and provides recommendations to ensure improvement on quality of training graduates
