Responsible for the creation of new standards by designing the appropriate method and embellishment operations using the GSD analysis system and software.
Analyze the GSD application ergonomic issues, workstation design and security for the correct assignments factor to be applied.
Define the Equipement Balance suitable reflecting the appropriate SAM considering the level of utilization factor (efficiency) per operation according to the activity loads for operations under the principle / concept of multifunctional operator.
Apply the GSD analysis through the Lean lines.
Describe the order of the elements of each operation that will be used for training purposes with the operators.
Open communication with the Cost Engineer that supports STD Info for the purpose of calculating costs for PA
Tracking the pattern analysis sheet to evaluate the specifications that take the measurements of patterns
Elaborate improvement methods through the Kaizen concept.
Standardize MATRIX family styles according to seasons and sport
Cost table sheet by style that describes all operations including the embellishment process with the value of the SAM.


Must Have a GSD Certification
