Follow-up to the programming of style changes
Layout preparation of the new styles, according to the balance provided by the GSD engineer
Prepare Patters for styles that require it
Deliver Layout and Balance of the new style to the production supervisor for assignment of operations
Require patterns and make templates if the style requires it
Follow-up during the style change process, giving support to the assembly team.
Check the flow in the production line for layout confirmation.
Capacity studies in operation that present problems (Bottlenecks)
Develop action plans together with the production coordinator, for those lines that do not meet their goal
Analysis and revision of curves according to the Build up report of the Planing department
Make efficiency projection according to the assigned sector
