Descripción de la Oferta

Accedo is currently on the look-out for a creative Recruitment Manager. As our next Recruitment Manager, you would lead a group of recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. Additionally, you would manage the recruitment process & life-cycle, develop & implement recruitment strategies, tactic, funnels and procedures. It is to be highlighted that experience in mass recruitment is preferred.

Requirements & Qualifications:
*Min. 2 years work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Coordinator
*Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communication or related
*Excellent leadership and project management skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
*Consistently meets deadlines
*Thrives under pressure

Preferred Competencies:
*Social Media Knowledge
*Analytical Skills
*Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Databases
*Proficiency with excel and MS Office applications
*Experience in mass recruitment
