We have recently launched our Nicaragua operation, and we are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and experienced HR Coordinator (m/f) to help us select, train, and manage our team, and grow our operations in the country. The selected person will report directly to the Country Manager and his / her responsibilities include running continuos day-to-day selection and training process, as well as full responsibility for corporate values and people management. As the key point of contact between our local team and the Country Manager, and our Global HR team, the HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of our local operation.

Abilities and experience:
- Languages: fluent English is a must
- 1-3 years minimum work experience within a high responsibility role in HR, especially in selection and training
- Relevant experience in sales, call centers, financial sector, telecom companies, or equivalent experience is a big plus
- Looking for someone eager to work in a start-up, and enthusiastic about and developing an operation with high social impact
- Demonstrated ability to attract, select, motivate, support and understand sales staff
- Working knowledge of current employment laws
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
