Responsibilities include:
· Manage client programs and oversee execution of direct mail, email, and other digital marketing programs;
· Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis;
· Proactively grow the regional department via successful campaign delivery, liaising closely with sales and client services departments.
· Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to execute client projects effectively;
· Provide regional marketing, advertising and communication insights as the regional Marketing Program Manager for the LATAM region.
· Utilize software to generate reports and develop actionable recommendations to constantly improve campaign response rates;
· Work directly with marketing coordinators to ensure successful execution of campaign within set timeframe and budget;
· Drive program success through optimization and problem solving.
· Build strong client relationships through effective delivery and communication.

Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field;
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management or account management with a focus on lead; nurturing and content marketing;
· Experience driving business value through social media
· Proven ability to measure campaign metrics and report on them;
· Proactive, self-starter who can build out the LATAM department
· Experience in leading a marketing team, including recruitment of team.
· Professional presentation skills a must;
· Proficiency in Excel with the ability to interpret and analyze data;
· Attention to detail, on-time delivery, and multiple project prioritization skills are a must;
· Agency experience;
· HTML and CSS proficiency a plus.
· Strong knowledge of regional marketing & advertising regulations.
