Your main tasks will be:

Gather information to support cases.
Create reports and work with lawyers on different cases to help achieve the client's' needs.

The main requirements are:

English level 90%
Computer Knowledge 90%
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs.
High School Diploma and at least one year Customer service experience.
Bilingual Speaker (Spanish and English). Excellent Communication Skills (written, verbal and active listening).
Problem Solver.
Customer Oriented.
Works well independently.
Team player.
Time management skills.
