INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The IT Specialist will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, training, consultations and recommendations about future planning and current development resources. By this he will guarantee and effective and efficient manner that will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.

RESPONSABILITIES
1. Manage information technology and computer systems
2. Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
3. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
4. Perform other related duties and execute IT related projects as required during working hours.

SOME KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
1. Manage server programming set up, virtualization, and maintenance.
2. Experience in Active Directories, SQL Server, Windows Sharepoint, VMware
3. Experience in network administration (Switches, firewall, security, routers etc…)
4. Knowledge and experience handling telecommunications platforms (Softphones, PBX, configuration of lines, etc…)
5. Help develop and implement process to maintain a stale network environment.
6. Experience in technical support; Assist with the troubleshooting, installation and implementation of systems.
7. Develop and monitor performance levels of software, hardware and overall network performance and evaluate, recommend and propose alternate methods of information processing.
8. Programming and installation of all IT equipment (Printers, routers, apps, etc.)
