COSTUMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Position Title: Customer Service Specialist

Description Position:
The ideal candidate will have experience handling inbound call inquiries, with proven problem resolution skills, and a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ business
• Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues

Skills/Education/Experience:
• Prior customer service and/or financial related account experience preferred
• Must demonstrate aptitude for sound problem solving skills and ability to solve customer issues in an efficient and courteous manner
• Ability to navigate the Internet and web-based programs
• Must possess strong English comprehension skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within an organization in
English and Spanish
• Strong work ethic and demonstrates excellent record of attendance and punctuality
• Accent-neutral English speaking skills and Spanish bilingual required
• Must pass a language proficiency test
• Must pass a proficiency test
• Must have computer and typing skills
• Must have schedule flexibility Monday-Sunday (2 days off a week)
– Candidates must submit clearances from their community, local Police record
– Candidates must submit all customary legal documents (including but not limited to birth certificates, school diplomas and employment certifications) prior to hire.
