Manage a team of web and multimedia designers. Gather detailed business and functional requirements from external customers and translate these into technical requirements for the web developers and designer teams. Ensure products delivered meets 100% of customer requirements with “zero defects”. Develop and deploy a process framework (Agile/Scrum) for standardizing software development and optimizing productivity. Maintain direct communication with clients and prioritize project queue. Prepare bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly business review presentations for clients. Promote team work and Excellence

Skills Required:
• 3-5+ years of experience as a business or technical analyst or any other type of technical analyst in software development
• Technical Project Management expertise
• System functional Analysis
• 3+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile disciplines
• Experience in web authoriting tools, Github, Jira or similar development tools
• Fluent in the English language (verbal and written)
