Job Description
Manage a team of web and multimedia designers. Gather detailed business and functional requirements from external customers and translate these into technical requirements for the web developers and designer teams. Maintain direct communication with clients and prioritize project queue. Develop and deploy a process framework (Agile/Scrum) for standardizing software development and optimizing productivity. Monitore, identify, analyze, and evaluate operational risks in processes.
