Overview:

Procurement Lead. Head of all procurement activity across the organization in Nicaragua.

Key Accountabilities:
• Review and distribute procurement requisitions within a team.
• Manage the requests and approvals of procurement activity using software.
• Represent the organization in negotiation with national and international providers.
• Design, plan and administrate budget for the purchases.
• Ensure that Purchase Department meet the deadlines for every requisition raised.
• Guarantee that Global Procurement processes and guidelines are followed accordingly.
• Review all delivery orders to be in perfect conditions and the right quantity.
• Provide visibility of Purchase Department performance through specific reports and lead by example the team assigned.
