KEISER UNIVERSITY is strategically expanding operations and is seeking to fill out the position of APPOINTMENT SETTERS-KU CONNECT

Education:
-Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
-English proficiency.

Experience:
-At least 3 years of experience as Appointment Setter or Customer Service in the BPO industry, in a university setting or in a fast-paced working environment company.
-Experience working with CRM platforms and compliance with KPI's goals.

Knowledge and Skills:
Hard skills:
-Computer skills.
-Advanced Excel or Power BI.
-Advanced CRM management and/or any other data management software.
-English proficiency.

Soft skills:
-Oral and Written
-Communication.
-Attention to details.
-Negotiation and Persuasion.
-Team player.
