The hours for this position are in a range of 3:30am – 4:30pm 5 day a week, from Monday to Friday.
Requirements
• Schedule call backs at appropriate times to accommodate clients’ needs.
• Have a firm grasp on our client contract to address all client questions.
• Develop an expert and constantly evolving understanding of the dockets where we work.
• Interact with attorneys for success with clients’ cases by gathering pertinent information and entering it into our CRM.
• Meet dockets specific KPIs, which include but are not limited to emails, texts and tasks processed, calls made/received.
• Make calls to follow up on and guide them to complete case requirements.
• Take inbound calls to assist clients with queries updates to provide accurate and proper information.
• Maintain flexibility to docket and the firm’s needs.
• Show patience towards potentially sensitive or unhappy clients.
Qualifications
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
• Experience in customer service.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Be eager to learn and develop.
• Energetic, self-driven and sense of motivation
• The ability to deal with complicated situations on a daily basis
