We’re looking for a highly motivated, customer service–oriented professional to join our dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients, and have exceptional communication skills, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Our hours of operation are 8:00AM to 7:00PM US Central Standard Time. You'll only work 8.5 shift per day, 5 days a week. We are in AEWPLAZA, Piso #3. De los semáforos del Hotel Princess Managua, 70 metros al este.
Requirements
• Handle incoming and outcoming calls and emails with clients.
• Articulate value proposition, overcome clients' concerns, and build relationships with the clients for the best outcome for them and the law firm.
• Schedule appointments as necessary for client call backs.
• Show time management skills and do so more efficiently over time, through training, real world calls, and constructive feedback based on your recorded conversations.
• Have a firm grasp on our clients’ file to address all client questions and concerns.
• Develop an expert and constantly evolving understanding of the torts we are advertising.
• Setting our attorneys up for success by gathering pertinent and needed information from our clients and entering it into our CRM.
• Working with your lead to continue honing your qualifications skills based on their feedback and subject matter expertise.
• Never stop learning about our business, clients, our services, competitors, and how they tie together.
Qualifications
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
• Either knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA law and record retrieval process, or a strong desire to begin a highly successful career.
• Experience in Personal Injury (a Plus).
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Naturally curious and passionate; you’re a lifelong learner.
• A consistent, high-energy attitude with a strong, self-driven sense of motivation.
• The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejections daily.
• Positive attitude.
• A team player who serves as a bridge between our offices.
