Previous experience in case management, customer service, or legal environments is preferred.
Formal education in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Experience or training in immigration processes is desirable.
Advanced english

Job Functions
Handling client relationships in a warm, respectful manner, as a point of contact with the law firm.
Completing legal research regarding country conditions or situations per demand.
Drafting declarations and translating civil documents from Spanish to English.
