About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our international team. This position plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support: Partner with business leaders to implement HR initiatives that align with company goals and enhance performance.
Talent Acquisition & Development: Manage recruitment processes and support career development programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive work environment.
HR Analytics: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
