What You’ll Do
• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to qualified B2B prospects.
• Introduce our corporate gifting solutions and clearly communicate our value proposition.
• Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target industries.
• Schedule product demos, concierge consultations, or ship sample kits to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate lead data and activity notes in HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up via email and nurture prospects through multi-touch outreach.
• Partner with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
• Share insights on objections, call outcomes, and customer interests to optimize campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of outbound calling, inside sales, or B2B prospecting experience.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment with daily KPIs.
• Exceptional verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience using CRMs (HubSpot preferred), dialers, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and coachable attitude.
• Knowledge of wine or interest in corporate gifting is a plus (not required).
