Education:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. English proficiency.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or in Customer Service in the BPO industry, in a university setting, or in a fast-paced working environment company. Experience working with CRM platforms and compliance with KPI goals.
Knowledge and Skills:

Computer skills.
Advanced Excel or Power BI.
Advanced CRM management and/or any other data management software.
English proficiency.
