Summary/Objective:
The Refractionists position is one of our key components in this company. We provide assistance to more than 100 optical retail stores across the United States by performing eye exams. We are the face of this company, reason why outstanding interpersonal skills and professionalism are a must. Urgency is essential in our day to day routine, always adapting to new procedures that can develop our potential. Our ideal candidate brings a high sense of urgency and naturally provides world-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Must be able to handle a high volume of refractions.
• Assist customers with a warm friendly face and body language, this includes an excellent personal presentation
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding the services in question
• Work collaboratively with the internal teams
• Ability to adapt to new updates with constant feedback
• Take on other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) is preferred but not required.
• At least a year of customer service experience is preferred but not required
Required Skills:
• Ability to read, write and speak perfect English and Spanish.
• A third language will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills since you are addressing the customer through a video call. Always with a clear portrayal of the professional working ethic.
• Full attention to detail.
• Ability to document all interactions and provide all information needed for a complete eye examination.
• Ability to work under pressure
