GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between different departments within the company to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist with event planning and coordination for company events and conferences.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Studies related to Business Administration or associate field.
Between 1-3 years min of experience in Admin assistance or related positions.
Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs.
Able to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and emails with ease.
Knowledge of database management and record-keeping software.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills with high expectations for quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff.
Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
