GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Corporatewinegift.com is looking for motivated team members are ready to hit the ground running in their sales career! These people will be responsible for engaging with business decision-makers, introducing our service, and booking consultations or sending branded samples.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses discover unique, high-impact gifting solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for making between 100–150 outbound calls daily to qualified B2B leads
* Introducing CorporateWineGift.com and clearly communicate our value proposition
* Qualify prospects and identify key decision-makers in target industries
* In charge of booking product demos, concierge calls, or sending gift sample kits
* Maintain accurate records in CRM in HubSpot
* Follow up via email and assist in nurturing leads through multi-touch outreach
* Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead quality
* Provide feedback on objections, call outcomes, and prospect interests

REQUIREMENTS
* 1–3 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
* Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with daily KPIs
* Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
* Experience using CRMs, sales dialers, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Self-motivated, persistent, and coachable
* Wine knowledge or interest in corporate gifting is a bonus (but not required)

* Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Aptitude in delivering attractive sales.
