GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
We are searching for a talented customer service representative whose main aim is to keep the customer happy with the company and to promote referrals, sell products or services to the clients. A customer service representative is the customer's gateway for information about a company's product or service. Customer service representatives are knowledgeable and experienced in the services and products a company offers. We are looking for a solid and experienced specialist in communications with our Winery, providing the best virtual support to our highly important customers, representing the Winery with professionalism and care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications.
* Respond to a high volume of customer calls, emails, and tickets with professionalism and efficiency.
* Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, ensuring issues are followed through to completion.
* Clearly communicate company policies (e.g., replacement and return policies) to customers.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Fulfillment, and Carriers) to ensure smooth order processing.
* Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, orders, and case resolutions in the system and internal reports.
* Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
* Support seasonal orders and new product releases with flexibility and attention to detail.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends in customer issues and suggesting solutions.
* Look after the sales of the company, client satisfaction, customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
* College studies preferred; focus on Customer Service, Communications, Business, or related field is a plus.
* 1-2 years of Experience in related matters IDEAL, wine industry is a plus.
* Proficient English Level.
* Proven Customer Service Experience.
* Technical Knowledge and good management of CRMs IDEAL.
* Availability to work on weekends, and schedule flexibility during seasonal peak periods as needed.
