Job description:
1. Seasoned IT professional with advanced expertise in information technologies to lead the IT department effectively.
2. Maintain a solid IT profile, staying abreast of technological advancements and features.
3. Ensure successful implementation of all tech systems necessary for company operations, managing goals effectively.
4. Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business administration skills.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead IT projects effectively from inception to completion.
2. Continuously assess and select appropriate technologies to meet operational needs.
3. Establish and manage relationships with IT suppliers, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
4. Maintain accountability for network integrity, security, and information systems.
5. Oversee databases, servers, and business operation-production systems.
6. Conduct comprehensive analysis of costs, value, exposure, and risk assessment, providing business-oriented recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
7. Manage the IT department budget efficiently.
8. Set clear objectives and action plans for the IT department in alignment with organizational goals.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Systems and/or Computer Engineering.
2. Minimum 7 years of proven experience in IT Managerial roles.
3. Advanced knowledge in data network and infrastructure management.
4. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum/Design Thinking, with experience in system implementations.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term solutions.
6. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
7. Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the responsibilities of the position.
8. Live or be willing to live in Estelí.
