Responsible for offering product training, per client´s specification. Focuses on teaching specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions. Training Specialists are responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs.
• Create teaching materials.
• Teach skills such as computer applications, phone systems, product assembly, policies and procedures, and inventory planning.
• Direct structured learning experiences.
• Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
• Create learning literature.
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.
• Train new hires as well as veteran employees
• Minimum of 1 year of call center Training experience is a must
• Bachelor`s degree is preferred
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced level of knowledge/expertise with PC software (Word and Excel)
• Strong knowledge of teaching techniques
