Managua Call Center as a part of the Otte Polo Group is looking for an IT Manager

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Advanced level of English- writing, reading, and speaking
• Degree in Computer Engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Platforms
• Strong understanding of VPN, IIS, DMZ
• Experience with Network Infrastructure and configuration of routers and switches
• Experience handling and administrating LINUX
• Experience with IP telecommunications (Asterisk)
• Advanced knowledge of Office 2007, 2010
• Experienced with IT inventory and controls

Duties:

• Installing network and computer systems on Windows platform
• Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems
• Monitoring network and systems to improve performance
• Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories and network diagrams
• Perform level 2 and 3 support
• Support for Sugar CRM system
