Otte Polo Group company is an inbound call center business with multiple offices in Latin American and the US.
We are hiring a Network Administrator with IT management experience to support its computer systems and users.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in computer technical support and network administration
• Experience managing a help desk team
• Advanced level of English- writing, reading, and speaking
• Degree or certification in IT, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar field
• Strong understanding of VPN, IIS, DMZ
• Experience with Network Infrastructure and configuration of routers, firewalls, and switches
• Experience with voice over IP technologies

Duties:

• Installing network and computer systems on Windows platform
• Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems
• Monitoring network and systems to improve performance
• Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories and network diagrams
• Manage team of 5-7 full time and part time technicians to perform level 1 support for over 100 users in multiple offices
• Perform level 2 and 3 support
• Support for Sugar CRM system
