Our market-leading American Multinational Company is looking for Customer Service professionals to work full-time in our Managua based Office. This is an exciting time to join an expanding team with great rewards and earning potential.
Duties & Role:
• Take inbound and make outbound calls
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone to clients interested in our company
• Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients
• Send and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Accurately enter information into the company CRM
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
• Must speak and write fluent English (near native) as all communications are with U.S. customers and personnel
• Friendly, patient, yet professional and responsible attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Motivated to sell and achieve goals
• Knowledge of Computer related Technology is advantageous
• Open Availability(we are open 24/7)
