Responsible for managing the development, recommendation, implantation and maintenance of administrative policies and procedures and provides administrative services to various departments. Leads and manages the facilities group to ensure that the company goals and objectives are achieved.

Job Specifications:
1. Graduate of Civil, electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Must have at least 3 or more years of work experience in Facilities Management in the same capacity.
4. Must have solid technical expertise in the maintenance, development and operations of various facilities and equipment utilized in a BPO industry.
5. Must have advanced knowledge in construction projects and project management.
6. Must have advanced knowledge on client management
7. Must have business and data analysis experience.
