Job Responsabilities
• Receive incoming contacts from customers via phone
• Assist customers with questions about the product/service
• Ensure timely responses to all guests.
• Be punctual, flexible and prepared to work together as a team to fulfill our customers’ needs.
• Attend all training sessions and become an expert on our websites, products and services.

Position Requirements:
• Fluent in English an with high proficiency speaking and writing.
• A positive, motivated and personable style that will represent the exciting services we offer.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Experience with computers and software programs like Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
• Flexible schedules
• Experience in sales, and customer service preferred, but it is what you make of it!
