Our American Multinational company Geeks on Site is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, business sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities exploring opportunities from cold calls and provided leads, and ultimately closing business.
• Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Cold calling new clients and upselling existing clients (50/50).
• Read and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Prospect new Small Business opportunities from pool of targeted leads (from qualifying to negotiating and closing), and generating proposal agreements.
• Articulate the company's service, benefits, and processes to potential business clients through phone, email and online presentation.
• Must be comfortable spending most of your time on the phone working mostly outbound leads to generate a robust pipeline of small to mid-size businesses, and then presenting Geeks on Site’s solutions.
• Learn and develop new, creative sales techniques and strategies
• Position yourself to understand the marketing needs of a small to medium sized business.
• Meet monthly sales targets according to sales plan.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and articulate market feedback to management.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales. Business sales experience highly desirable.
• Handling outbound calls. Ability to deliver direct and concise information.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic
• Experience dealing with senior decision makers and business stakeholders
• Must speak and write perfect native English as all communication is with U.S. clients and personnel
• Friendly, yet professional and responsible attitude
• Ability to multitask and make high call volumes
• Motivated to sell and achieve sales goals
• Closing and negotiation skills
We offer:
• Base Salary $*** monthly
• The successful candidate will be earning $300 - $900 commissions within 12 months.
