As a Corporate Performance Consultant you will help drive the Corporate Sales Strategy. This will include building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
“Day to Day”
* Working directly with the President and the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic sales plans for the corporate and B2B training market in Nicaragua.
* Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
* Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities;
* Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Experience
* Have a minimum of 5 years B2B Corporate Sales Experience
* Bachelor Level University degree
Must haves
* Fluent in business level of English & Spanish.
* Strong network within the Nicaraguan business community.
* Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
