Main Functions :

1. Execution / implementation of decisions of the Board.
2. Designing strategic plan to achieve the goals of the institution (including technology adoption plan as part of the academic improvement plan ) .
3. Direct, monitor and evaluate principals and department managers .
4. Financial Management business .
5. Establish a culture of commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills :
Read and interpret financial statements , curricular planning.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years as Principal or Rector of an educational institution with strong knowledge of new technological and educational trends.
